Myofascial Release

I am using and currently being trained in the John F Barnes Myofascial Release Approach —a mind/body therapy that is safe and gentle and I have found it to be effective with trauma and chronic pain. 

Through this training I have also learned some new craniosacral techniques which have been valuable even to clients in their nineties!  It is mostly, a hands on approach and would need to be specially scheduled in person at this time.
